Your Monday Muse-Mercy Me

Of course, travel brings with it its own stresses, needs, and overwhelm, and as I look at my little family and my big HUGE to do list, I can feel myself growing anxious. This exciting time can also be difficult if I allow it. So, I turned on this song today, my daughter’s favorite by the way, to help calm me, remind me WHO is in charge (Thanks God! You Got This!), and let me stay focused. HE IS GREATER!
There were also two scriptures this morning that I read from my Jesus Calling devotional (This devotional gets to the heart of me every. single. day. If you don’t have it, get it!).
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever
“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” II Corinthians 4:18
Aren’t those just perfect?
HE IS GREATER than anything we may face today or tomorrow! Everything. Every emotion. Every hurt. Every activity. Every plan. HE is GREATER!
